Job Title: Agile Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead agile teams and drive successful project execution as an Agile Project Lead.

About the Role:

  • Lead agile teams in delivering high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, remove impediments, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives aligning business goals with technical execution.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, sprint velocity, and team performance using metrics and data-driven insights.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team empowerment through coaching and mentoring.
  • Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution by developing and implementing effective project management strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management and Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and change management.
  • Technical background or familiarity with software development lifecycle is a plus.
