As a Technical Scrum Master, you will lead cross-functional squads and drive adherence to Agile principles.

You will facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Your technical awareness will be instrumental in enabling realistic planning, surfacing blockers early, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agile Facilitation & Coaching: Guide the team in Agile best practices (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid), promoting a mindset of continuous improvement.
  • Technical Project Delivery: Collaborate with Engineering Leads to plan sprint deliveries aligned with release schedules.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and UX Designers to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Maintain sprint health metrics: velocity, burndown, cumulative flow, team capacity vs. output.
  • Technical Awareness: Understand the basics of microservices, APIs, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and QA practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must-Haves:
    • 2–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Manager in a technical setup.
    • Familiarity working with UX, product, QA, and engineering teams in collaborative sprint environments.
    • Proficiency with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, and Git.
    • Strong facilitation, communication, and servant leadership skills.
    • A technical background (B.Tech / B.E. / MCA or equivalent) or experience working closely with developers/DevOps.
  • Nice-to-Haves:
    • Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM I/II).
    • Experience working with product companies, SaaS teams, or fast-paced startups.
    • Exposure to scalable delivery frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, or dual-track Agile.
    • Comfortable working in a hybrid setup.

  • Early surfacing and resolution of blockers or dependencies.
