Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Specialist

Job Description:

Our company is seeking a highly skilled KPI Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring transactions as per process guidelines and reporting on the performance of these processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring transaction processes in accordance with established guidelines
  • Providing event-based and frequency-based feedback to ensure optimal process performance
  • Collecting and tracking data on critical-to-quality (CTQ) metrics defined in service-level agreements (SLAs)
  • Collaborating with operations and administration managers to identify training needs for agents and process-level issues that impact performance
  • Participating in team huddles to provide updates on quality performance and contributing to the development of new agents through comprehensive briefings

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of the UK London Market underwriting framework
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and present data effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
