Job Title: Quality Management Professional

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Management Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our quality management processes meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality management strategies to drive business excellence.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives and targets.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with quality management.
  • Analyze data to inform quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
RequirementsEssential Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Graduate degree in a relevant field such as quality management, operations management, or business administration.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in quality management, customer service, back-end operations, manufacturing, or marketing.
  • Language Proficiency: English language proficiency at a minimum level of IELTS band 7 or equivalent internationally recognised qualification.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices, ability to analyze data, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
  • Implementing Six Sigma Methodology: Experience in implementing Six Sigma methodology and driving process improvements.
  • Learning Management Systems: Expertise in learning management systems and training quality assessment.
  • Project Management: Proven track record in project management and transition management.
