The Quality Assurance Manager plays a crucial role in guaranteeing the delivery of high-quality products and solutions. Their primary focus is on testing products to ensure they meet customer expectations, while also optimizing processes and the software lifecycle to enhance overall quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough product testing to guarantee quality and end-user satisfaction.
- Implement robust quality assurance measures to prevent defects before products reach customers.
- Perform manual and automated testing to identify and report bugs.
- Prioritize process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience with SAP solutions, including product lifecycle management.
- Proven track record in quality assurance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Proficiency in SAP HCM solution, SAP SuccessFactors, EAM, Retail solution, and custom development.
- Experience with DevOps for Test Automation using platforms like Azure, Jenkins, AWS, and GCP.
- Strong understanding of SAP Solution Architecture and MS Office programs.
