Building High-Quality Financial Products as a Product Owner

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to lead the delivery of high-quality financial/payment products in a fast-paced, challenging, and creative environment.
- Work closely with business heads and engineering partners to drive strategy, roadmap execution, and product development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand product use cases, customer journeys, and business applicability.
- Develop detailed product requirement documents, manage future roadmaps, and deliverables.
- Maintain clear, simple, and technically sound decision-making processes.
- Engage with multiple stakeholders, senior management, and cross-functional teams to influence quicker decisions and manage technical roadblocks.
- Lead product team processes (Agile/Scrum) and manage expectations and track roadmaps regularly.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Professional experience in a product management or analytical role, preferably with 2-4 years of experience and at least 2 years in product management.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- An extreme bias towards action and solutions-oriented approach in a high-energy work environment.
- Exceptional customer experience intuition, demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly products and customer-facing features.
- Excellent oral, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
