Senior Quality Process Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Quality Process Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a leadership role in driving quality management processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage receiving inspections for incoming materials and components, ensuring that they meet the required standards.
  • Oversee configuration control and standardize processes to minimize errors and defects.
  • Monitor and improve PCB soldering quality by identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in quality management systems.
  • Proven track record of improving quality metrics and reducing defects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
