Immigration Paralegal Job Description

We are seeking an Immigration Paralegal to join our team. This is a fully remote position with a competitive salary.

This role will be responsible for managing a full caseload, including NIWs, O-1s, E-2s, EB-1s and PERM-based I-140s and I-485s. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The Immigration Paralegal will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and editing immigration cases, communicating effectively with clients and government agencies, and maintaining accurate records. We require at least three years of experience with O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As. A Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate is preferred.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive client information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review and edit high-volume immigration cases
  • Manage a large caseload while ensuring efficiency and quality of work
  • Communicate effectively with clients and government agencies
  • Maintain accurate records and track case progression
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: At least three years of experience with O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As required

Education: Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred

Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
