Job Title: Lead Verification Specialist

 

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced verification engineer to lead our verification efforts and drive quality into our designs. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in digital circuit verification, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience of working with cross-functional teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive verification plans to ensure high-quality designs.
  • Leverage SystemVerilog, UVM, and other verification methodologies to create efficient verification environments.
  • Collaborate with design engineers to identify and resolve design issues early in the development cycle.
  • Design and develop testbenches, stimuli, and checkers to thoroughly verify IP and SOC functionality.
  • Analyze simulation results, debug issues, and implement fixes to meet project timelines.
  • Maintain and enhance existing verification flows, tools, and scripts to improve efficiency and productivity.

 

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in digital circuit verification, preferably with exposure to ASIC and SoC design.
  • Expertise in SystemVerilog, UVM, and other verification methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of digital logic, VHDL/Verilog, and RTL design principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), Agile development methodologies, and continuous integration tools.
