**Job Title:** Senior Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to manage day-to-day workflows of the fund's existing assets.

  • Monitor and analyze cash flows, track and analyze asset performance, manage risk, and oversee third-party partners.
  • Collaborate with the asset management team and external business partners in the facilitation and review of performance, suggesting value enhancements where applicable.
  • Coordinate with third parties and internal teams on lender reporting, monitoring of loan covenants, and ensure compliance with credit agreements.
  • Outline key terms in credit and purchase agreements.
  • Execute and enhance operational efficiencies and information flow with both internal and external teams.

The ideal candidate will have sound experience in asset management or related fields, strong accounting knowledge, and advanced MS Excel skills.

The role also requires strong written and verbal communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to multi-task. Training and mentoring junior team members is also an essential part of this role.

Advantageous skills include knowledge of third-party databases such as Yardi, Argus, CoStar, Real Page, Bloomberg, Alteryx, Tableau, etc., and hands-on experience with VBA macros.
