Job Title: Executive – IT Asset

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned IT Asset professional to handle procurement coordination activities related to IT-based hardware and services.

The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and vendors.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Source and coordinate with the procurement team to obtain network hardware and software from approved vendors.
  • Manage quotation requests, price comparison, and vendor negotiations.
  • Track and maintain inventory of IT assets and licenses.
  • Collaborate with the IT operations team to ensure timely renewal of software licenses and warranties.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and invoices.
  • Evaluate vendors based on price, quality, and delivery performance.
  • Create and update procurement documents such as purchase orders and vendor agreements.
  • Maintain procurement compliance as per company policies and audit requirements.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Tracking delivery and installation of hardware,
  • Escalating vendor delays if necessary,
  • Collaborating with finance for budgeting purposes.
