Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Asset Management Professional to contribute to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage asset lifecycle processes, encompassing physical assets, software assets, leases, and contracts.
  • Maintain data standards within the asset management repository.
  • Respond to asset management inquiries from clients or internal teams, ensuring effective communication across diverse teams.
  • Familiarize yourself with basic asset tool fundamentals and provide non-technical explanations of capabilities.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams, lessors, finance, admin teams, delivery teams, and project teams to deliver asset data.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports as required by client contracts or internal needs.
Requirements:
  • Broad understanding of asset tools and their functionalities.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
  • Able to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in preparing reports and presenting data insights.
