We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Asset Manager to lead our asset management team. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in asset management and possess advanced Excel skills, including modeling, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate asset performance against budget and historical benchmarks
  • Identify key trends, anomalies, and KPIs across financial statements
  • Synthesize findings into actionable insights for the asset management team

The successful candidate will be a critical thinker who actively questions assumptions and works independently to uncover causes and performance drivers with the help of operations and accounting. Strong communication skills are also essential to relay financial insights and operational observations to the team lead in a structured and concise manner.

Requirements
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including modeling, pivot tables, and data visualization tools
  • Strong accounting knowledge, with the ability to read, interpret, and analyze property-level and portfolio-level financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Project management skills, including coordination, deliverables, and tracking progress across multiple projects and deadlines
  • Collaborative attitude, comfortable working cross-functionally with property managers, leasing teams, finance, and ownership
  • Experience with Yardi / StarRez is a plus
