  • Manage and maintain accurate records of asset-related data.
  • Organize, store, and retrieve asset-related documents.
  • Prepare reports on asset performance, including budget variance, insurance and lease status, tickets/maintenance activity, shared drive updation.
  • Provide administrative support to the Asset Management team.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:• Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
• Organizational skills: Ability to maintain accurate records and documents.
• Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and asset management software/Yardi.
• Attention to detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance.
