Job Title: Asset Portfolio Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Portfolio Manager to oversee the lifecycle of asset disposal from conducting online and offline auctions to handing over property documents to successful bidders. This role involves responsibility for legal, operational, and documentation aspects of asset disposal, ensuring transparent, fair, and compliant practices in accordance with relevant laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage asset disposal activities from inception to completion, including coordination with various stakeholders such as litigation teams and field teams.
  • Identify and engage potential buyers for repossessed properties and ensure timely sales proceeds are received.
  • Develop effective marketing strategies to promote repossessed properties to nearby vendors or individual buyers, leading to timely disposals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless asset disposal processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in asset recovery and disposal at a national level.
  • Prior experience in SME/LAP disposal is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
