Closing Manager Job Description

This role is responsible for overseeing the sales funnel and site-level closure team. As a Closing Manager, you will be the final touchpoint in the client engagement process.

The key activities of this job include:

  • Engaging with customers to assist in closing referred clients updated with status and documentation
  • Attending direct walk-ins and sourced leads at the project site
  • Presenting projects, USPs, pricing, and offers with clarity and conviction
  • Conducting market research and analysis to understand trends & market landscapes
  • Preparing cost sheets, booking forms, and collecting necessary KYC documents
  • Coordinating with legal, CRM, and finance teams for smooth execution of bookings
  • Reporting daily activities, walk-ins, and closure progress to Site Head/Manager
  • Training closure team on negotiation skills, objection handling & product updates
  • Tracking and reporting team KPIs: walk-ins, conversion %, TAT for documentation

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Prior experience in commercial & residential real estate sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & follow-up skills
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and demanding clients
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and responsive under pressure
  • Team management experience in a high-paced sales environment for Managerial position
