We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and growing our existing portfolio of customers in the Agri and Food processing industries.
Your primary objective will be to develop and implement strategies to increase both assets and liabilities while providing high standards of service on an ongoing basis. This includes building strong relationships with existing customers through cross-selling liability and other third-party products, as well as deepening relationships with existing customers.
To achieve this, you will need to engage with Credit, risk function, legal, technical teams, and RCAD, GR teams for customer requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the customer portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Deepen relationships with existing customers through cross-selling and upselling.
- Monitor and analyze customer accounts to ensure business is in line with budgets.
- Engage with Credit, risk function, legal, technical teams, and RCAD, GR teams for customer requirements.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of local language is an advantage.
- High degree of self-motivation.
