Business Development Manager Opportunity
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by acquiring and servicing municipal corporations, state governments, government PF trusts, embassies, gram panchayats, government boards, development authorities, defence, and autonomous bodies as clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain client relationships to achieve incremental CASA, cross-sell products, and services like term deposits, loans, CMS fees collection, mobile, and digital solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients in assigned territories, providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through regular visits and organized meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and drive respective sales performance.
Requirements:
- Relevant work experience of 7-8 years and above, handling a sizable GB CASA book in an existing bank.
- Strong banking knowledge and expertise in products, processes, and systems.
- Knowledge of PFMS, SNA, CNA accounts, and state and central government schemes.
- Good network with state government officials and thorough understanding of CMS products.
- Accuracy and analytical ability on MIS reports.
- Eye for detail and meticulous approach.
