Job Title: Key Account Growth Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Key Account Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through bank customers at branches across assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase wallet share in allocated branches.
- Achieve pre-set business targets on ANP, case count, active branch, active sales staff, and various KPIs for designated branches.
- Collaborate with Branch Managers to develop Business Implementation plans.
- Motivate and support branch staff, Bank RMs, and ensure seamless logging of applications sourced.
- Tap into the right database of the branch and ensure authentic documentation.
- Foster strong relationships with Bank Sales/Operations teams to meet business targets and productivity goals effectively.
- Prospect and meet customers within and outside the branch as required.
- Develop, agree, and implement short-term and long-term plans to achieve sales targets.
- Achieve branch RM activation targets.
- Work collaboratively with Bank Sales/Operations teams to conduct joint sales calls and achieve business numbers.
- Pursue commitment from partners towards achieving business objectives.
- Manage relationships between internal teams and channel partners to foster sales and maintain high levels of responsiveness to requirements.
- Provide all necessary support to channel partners as the face of the parent company.
- Effectively execute marketing activities per partner requirements.
- Ensure timely policy issuance and resolution of pending matters.
- Maintain desired persistency ratios.
- Provide prompt post-sales service across all domains.
- Strategize and interact closely with RMs on business plan execution.
- Adhere to internal sales processes and other compliance standards.
- Be a process and product champion to ensure adherence to policies and procedures, cultivating a compliance culture in the team.
- Follow the training roadmap.
- Provide timely reports to supervisors as required.
