
Acquisition Business Growth Specialist

Our organisation is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to take on the role of Acquisition Relationship Manager. This position involves identifying and developing relationships with key customers in the agri, food processing, and MSME industries.
The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate and understand the business models of our customers. They will also be responsible for appraising financials to identify suitable opportunities for working capital and term loan facilities.
Key responsibilities include understanding customers' business needs, appraising financials, and identifying opportunities for working capital and term loan facilities. The successful candidate will also be required to collaborate with internal bank channels and develop open market sourcing through DMA's and CA's.
In addition, they will engage with credit and risk function, legal and technical teams, RCAD and GR/GTS team to ensure smooth customer onboarding. Timely perfection of security and other post-disbursement deferrals will also be closely monitored.
