Accounts Payable Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Accounts Payable team. As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, responding to queries, and ensuring timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and process invoices, including providing resolutions and releasing payments
  • Resolve all vendor queries and requests via email or tickets within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Validate basic essentials of valid invoices, such as supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice number, and invoice date
  • Maintain an exception tracker and ensure invoices and queries are handled based on the tracker
  • Independently perform transactional tasks that support compliance, planning, and execution of assigned processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) with a strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Freshers are eligible; experience in cost model creation and management is preferred
  • Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written
