CMDB Lead Specialist

People Prime Worldwide is seeking a seasoned CMDB Lead Specialist to spearhead the design, development, and maintenance of Configuration Management Databases (CMDBs) within the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in:

  • Leading the design, development, and maintenance of CMDBs on ServiceNow.
  • Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure CMDB solutions meet business needs.
  • Implementing and enforcing CMDB data standards, policies, and procedures for data integrity and accuracy.
  • Developing and maintaining CMDB documentation including data models, workflows, and processes.
  • Providing technical leadership and mentorship to the CMDB development team.
  • Performing regular audits and data quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Integrating the CMDB with other IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tools.
