Job Title:

Database Administrator

• We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator to lead our database operations.

• A strong understanding of database architecture, query management, and backup strategies is essential.

• Practical experience in database installation, configuration, and troubleshooting is necessary.

• Experience working with data replication and synchronization tools for real-time data updates is required.

• Proficiency in performance optimization and debugging of database queries is essential.

• Strong knowledge of security best practices, compliance regulations, and database maintenance on production support is necessary.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins is required.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including nights and weekends, as required) is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain databases to ensure optimal performance and security.

• Develop and optimize database queries to improve performance and reduce errors.

• Troubleshoot database issues and resolve problems in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience as a Database Administrator.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud-based databases and DevOps tools.

• Knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools.

• Certification in database administration or related field.
