We are seeking a seasoned Purchase Manager who can lead procurement operations, oversee ongoing vendor coordination, and drive efficiency in purchasing.

This role focuses on execution, planning, and collaboration to ensure product availability across regions while managing procurement operations and existing vendor relationships.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in purchase planning/inventory management/procurement in a consumer brand, retail, or FMCG company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Planning & Projections: Collaborate with stakeholders to build and validate demand projections using historical data and sales trends.
  • Purchase & Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for timely PO issuance & delivery as per agreed timelines.
  • Inventory & Cost Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels Pan-India and prevent stockouts and overstocking.

In addition to core planning work, the candidate will be expected to take ownership of strategic projects that drive efficiency & improvement across the supply chain, like logistics optimization, cost optimization, QC process design & rollout, and warehouse or production process improvement.
