Monitoring Expert Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Monitoring Analyst to join our team. As a Monitoring Analyst, you will be responsible for real-time monitoring of servers, network devices, applications, and services using various tools.

  • You will identify, acknowledge, and log alerts, escalate incidents to support teams, perform health checks, and track incident tickets.
  • Key responsibilities include performing real-time monitoring using tools like JP1, Solarwinds, Nagios, Zabbix, SCOM, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, and Opd Ramp.

Mandatory Skills:

  • A basic understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, OS, networks, and applications.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow SOPs.
  • Ability to work 24*7 rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
