Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist – Real Estate & Construction
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage day-to-day financial operations, compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the real estate and construction industry, with proven expertise in RERA submissions, project-based accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
- Handle accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation of bank statements.
- Manage project-wise accounting and cost allocation for construction projects.
- Prepare and file RERA quarterly submissions and compliance reports.
- Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and audit documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor vendor payments, client receipts, and ensure timely settlements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (M.Com/CA Inter preferred).
- 2–5 years of accounting experience in real estate / construction.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with RERA submissions and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP / accounting software and MS Excel.
