We are seeking an accomplished professional to join our team in a role that involves providing expert financial modeling services to clients in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in developing and auditing complex financial models for multifamily, office, industrial, and retail assets classes.

The selected individual will be responsible for creating Argus valuation models, conducting valuations using income capitalization approaches, and preparing pitch books and information memorandums related to various industries.

In addition to these responsibilities, the candidate will need to conduct analysis and perform quality control checks of outgoing reports/packs, while demonstrating strength and experience in client relationship building and management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Post-Graduation in Finance or equivalent qualification (CFA, MBA (finance), CA or equiv.).
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Investment banking space or commercial real estate valuation.
  • Strong statistical and analytical skills to assess economic performance/analysis of companies and industries for clients.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills with experience in Client handling.
  • Working knowledge of databases such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Thomson Research, FactSet.
