Job Title: Senior Property Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Property Accountant to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate and compliant financial statements, ensuring precision in accounting standards.
  • Manage all aspects of accounts payable and receivable, including timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insightful support for financial planning.
  • Maintain the general ledger, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards specific to the real estate industry.
  • Collaborate with property management teams to provide financial insights and support for property operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of accounting experience in the real estate industry.
  • Proficiency with US/UK accounting software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate meaningful reports.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of accounting work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of real estate accounting principles.
  • Experience with property management software systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
