Job Title: Service Delivery Excellence Manager

This critical role is pivotal in ensuring seamless delivery of services to clients within an organization.

The responsibilities encompass project management, technical deliveries, and performance tracking. The service delivery manager plays a key customer-facing role, overseeing various functions to facilitate the delivery of superior services to end-users.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure service delivery and service support processes are on track for consistent delivery of high-level client service in an effective and cost-efficient manner.
  • Maintain high performance levels for service-related processes and implement improvement activities wherever necessary.
  • Take ownership of critical incidents, coordinate with resolution parties, and establish effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews.
Key Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 10-12 years of proven experience in IT Infrastructure and team management in a multi-entity organization.
  • Leadership qualities to guide and motivate team members, including the ability to delegate tasks, provide clear directions, and inspire collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, understand client requirements, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the service delivery process.
