Key Role: IT Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to take on the role of IT Service Delivery Manager. This position involves overseeing and enhancing IT service operations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality IT support aligned with business goals.

  • This includes managing and leading an IT operations support team to resolve incidents and service requests effectively.
  • The ideal candidate will implement and maintain ITIL processes such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, and Service Level Management.
  • Operational activities must align with defined IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and organizational policies.
  • The IT Service Delivery Manager will monitor and report on service performance and compliance against SLAs, driving continuous service improvement.
  • Cross-functional collaboration is key to coordinating incident resolution and managing escalation processes.
Essential Skills:
  • ITIL Foundation certification is mandatory; ITIL Intermediate or Expert certification is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT operations management, service delivery, or support roles.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ITIL service management practices.
  • Experience managing teams and driving operational excellence.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Cherwell).
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud services is a plus.
