Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Associate to join our team.


About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented legal professional to work with us on a full-time basis. As a Senior Legal Associate, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance to our clients across various sectors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients before the Supreme Court, High Courts, Tribunals, and other quasi-judicial and regulatory authorities.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and financial transactions, ensuring strict compliance with relevant legal frameworks.
  • Lead and oversee litigation and dispute resolution proceedings, minimizing legal risks and ensuring optimal outcomes.
  • Draft, vet, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
  • Provide legal advisory on matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), including resolution processes and asset recovery mechanisms.
  • Perform in-depth legal research and interpretation of laws, including the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, FEMA, IRDAI guidelines, and other regulatory statutes.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external counsel to address regulatory issues, compliance matters, and legal investigations.
  • Support client negotiations, investor communications, and legal aspects of corporate structuring.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) – Mandatory
  • Master of Laws (LL.M) – Preferred
  • 3-5 Years (PQE)
