Job Opportunity: Documentation Expert

Job Description:

As a skilled Documentation Executive, you will be responsible for creating and reviewing complex legal documents. This encompasses drafting contracts, agreements, Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs), and legal briefs. Additionally, you will prepare declaration letters and draft responses to legal correspondence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Draft and review detailed legal documents, including contracts, agreements, MoUs, and legal briefs.
  • Prepare formal declaration letters and draft written responses to legal correspondence.
  • Develop strong relationships with external parties such as landlords, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain comprehensive legal files, records, and documentation for seamless access and retrieval.
  • Assist in preparing critical documents related to vendors, third-party agreements, and stakeholders.
  • Create and manage intricate legal trackers and master data, ensuring timely updates on rent agreements, license renewals, and statutory paperwork.
  • Effectively handle statutory paperwork and ensure compliance with relevant local regulations.
  • Support the legal team in maintaining adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) is mandatory.
  • High proficiency in typing in both Malayalam and English.
  • Strong understanding of legal processes and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
