Home Loan Specialist
Job Description:
Meet customers at builder and developer site locations to pitch our loan product offerings.
Conduct marketing, sales, and brand building activities to attract new customers.

Achieve monthly targets for sanctioning and disbursement of files. Perform pre- and post-loan activities related to home loans, including client acquisition, maintenance, financial analysis, initial risk assessment, presenting loan applications, portfolio administration, prioritizing repayment to preserve portfolio quality.

Obtain necessary legal, credit, and technical documents for loan proposals and resolve customer queries. Inform potential clients about loan requirements, terms, conditions, procedures, importance of timely payments, penalties for non-payment, insurance, etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Strong understanding of home loan products and processes.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
