We are seeking a proactive and skilled Relationship Manager to join our team, focusing on sales in mortgage loans. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in dealing with Loan Against Property (LAP) and Home Loans (HL). This role is crucial for building a strong network of partners and achieving sales targets through effective lead generation and loan processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development & Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSAs (Direct Selling Agents) & Connectors.
  • Drive DSA & Connector empanelment to expand the business network.
  • Create a consistent flow of new leads through these established relationships.
  • Loan Processing & Sales Targets:
  • Take full responsibility for the end-to-end loan processing cycle.
  • Be accountable for meeting monthly login activities and disbursals as per assigned targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Professional experience in dealing with LAP / HL (Loan Against Property / Home Loan / Property Loan / Mortgage Loan).
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with business partners.
  • Strong target-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
