Commercial Growth Lead

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Growth Lead to drive business expansion through optimized demand and conversion on our e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to boost orders and gross merchandise value (GMV) through intent-driven channel optimization.
  • Leverage tight partnerships across Product, Category, Operations, and Design teams within a growth pod structure.
  • Own outcome metrics and make informed decisions using analytical skills and SQL/Excel expertise.
Requirements:
  • E-commerce native with 3-5 years of experience in growing orders/GMV in a marketplace/B2B commerce setting.
  • Opportunity sizing and problem discovery skills with outside-in research and data analysis.
  • Product sense and experimentation depth with A/B testing and actionable readouts.
  • Analytical skills with cohort retention math, ROI/payback modeling, and reliable dashboards.
KPIs:
  • Orders, Gross Trade Value, Conversion Rate, Repeat Rate, Average Order Value, Cohort Retention (Month 1/Month 3), Incremental Lift vs Control, Promo Return on Investment/Payback, Opt-Out Rate, Fill Rate, Confirmation Service Level Agreement, Recovery Orders
