About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Manager to drive business growth and profitability for our assigned accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience in E-commerce, preferably from the FMCG/Food industry, and a strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies for account management, sales growth, and ROI-driven marketing.
  • Lead the growth of E-commerce channels, with a focus on Quick E-commerce platforms like Swiggy, Zepto, and Blinkit.
  • Deliver market share growth ahead of national share for key categories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot, measure, and scale up e-commerce initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 5-6 years of work experience in E-commerce, preferably from the FMCG/Food industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
