Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Digital Growth Strategist to lead our brand's expansion across online sales channels and e-commerce platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving measurable impact through aligned brand campaigns and paid advertising efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital growth strategies that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across multiple digital platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless omnichannel brand experiences, including e-commerce, design, and operations.
- Leverage AI-powered analytics, personalization, and automation tools to optimize customer targeting and campaign effectiveness.
- Utilize market research and consumer trends to inform performance-driven strategies and drive business growth.
- Guide and mentor the team to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing or brand management, with a strong focus on online sales channels and e-commerce growth.
- At least 3 years in an agency (creative, media, or digital) and 3 years in an e-commerce or D2C role.
- Strong understanding of Apparel, Beauty & Personal Care (B&PC), and D2C brands, with a deep knowledge of consumer behavior, pricing strategies, and competitive landscapes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven strategies.
