
E-commerce Growth Strategist

E-commerce Merchandiser plays a pivotal role in crafting an exceptional customer experience by strategically merchandising products on our website.
- Maintaining onsite campaigns and coordinating offsite campaigns for Amazon Prime partnerships.
- Developing and executing the site merchandising calendar, including external partner-wide onsite and offsite campaigns.
- Tracking customer behavior across the funnel to inform creative decisions and optimize the buying process.
- Designing and refreshing partner storefronts based on customer demand and purchase patterns.
- Collaborating with design teams to create content that drives traffic and conversion.
- Analyzing metrics to propose new traffic-driving content strategies and documenting results.
Basic Qualifications:
- Graduate degree
- Experience in marketing and campaign creation
- Ability to analyze hard data and metrics
- Creative mindset with understanding of brand guidelines
- Fluent English language skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Post-graduation preferred
- Prior experience with Amazon site merchandising tools advantageous
- Program management and multi-stakeholder management skills valuable
- Ability to drive business growth through data-driven insights
