Job Title: Client Relationship Manager About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to build and grow our IT services and staffing accounts. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely delivery of services and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
  • Own key accounts through farming and selective hunting to drive upsell, cross-sell, and new logo acquisition
  • Translate client goals into effective delivery plans and ensure SLA adherence and quality
  • Manage SOWs/MSAs, negotiations, renewals, invoicing, and collections
  • Maintain a candidate network aligned with client demand to improve time-to-fill
  • Track account health, pipeline, and forecasts, identifying risks and driving resolutions
 Requirements:
  • 1–5 years of experience in Client Relationship or Account Management, preferably in IT Services, Consulting, or IT Staffing
  • Proven track record of revenue growth outcomes and strong stakeholder management
  • Contract management, negotiation, billing/invoicing exposure
  • Working knowledge of SDLC/Agile and IT hiring cycles
 Nice to Have:
  • MSP/VMS experience, rate cards, compliance/SLA governance
  • Prior recruitment operations experience (ATS, submittal quality)
