  • Generate funds through face-to-face fundraising techniques using prescribed asks and products, working with the team to acquire supporters of various types.
  • Communicate effectively with donors and sponsors regarding the organization’s objectives and activities.
  • Participate in sponsorship campaigns, fundraising events, and other activities as required by the organization.
  • Work towards achieving planned targets for sponsor and donor acquisition.
  • Identify potential locations for fundraising campaigns and set up fundraising kiosks in those locations.
  • Ensure all sponsorship and fundraising data gathered from the field is accurately entered and reported in the daily call report (DCR).
  • Maintain confidentiality of donor information and the organization’s data.
  • Represent ActionAid India responsibly according to organizational values and norms.

  • Graduate degree in any field with experience in fundraising or marketing, preferably in the social sector.
  • Promising freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills will be considered.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, public relations, and event management will be considered.
  • Good communication skills in English and other languages, including Hindi and local languages.
  • Excellent networking, negotiating, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and a good team player with good presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
