
Strategic Business Growth Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for introducing new customers, acquiring new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
- Identify and develop relationships with key decision-makers in the identified segment;
- Source quality current accounts, focusing on product mix, segments, and constitution mix;
- Provide initial customer handholding and M+1 activation, ensuring timely opening of accounts and familiarizing customers with branch services and processes;
- Proactively register and activate acquired customers to direct banking channels;
- Assist the Business Relationship Leader in catchment mapping and scoping exercises, providing regular feedback on opportunities, customer needs, and competition benchmarking;
- Meet and exceed defined targets of new customer acquisition month on month by analyzing transaction banking needs of customers;
- Adhere to sales process and KYC norms of the bank, ensuring quality sourcing in line with Bank policies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
- Knowledge of sales processes and KYC norms;
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services;
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders;
- Good understanding of market trends and competitor analysis.
