Job Title: Business Head

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned business leader to drive growth and profitability in our ed-tech firm. As a Business Head, you will oversee all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Build and lead high-performing teams to execute company goals and objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to expand the customer base.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
- Manage product development initiatives, including ideation, design, and launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
- Develop and manage financial performance metrics, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Identify and manage key business risks, including competitive threats, regulatory changes, and market fluctuations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- At least 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a track record of driving business growth and profitability.
- Experience in the ed-tech industry is highly preferred.
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with experience managing financial performance for a business unit.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex business plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
