Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Assistant Manager, responsible for strengthening our Plant HR Function by actively engaging in business partnering with plant heads and HODs. This includes talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, learning, and development activities.

Main Accountabilities
  1. Coordinate plant-level recruitment processes for on-roll and temporary positions.
  2. Execute onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  3. Design and conduct new joinee induction and orientation programs.
  4. Maintain accurate employee data in our Performance Book (P B).
  5. Advise plant teams on creating SMART goals and completing goal settings in P B within timelines.
  6. Coordinate with employees for timely closure of performance reviews.
  7. Facilitate and guide plant employees in creating Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and monitor progress.
  8. Design annual calendars for Employee Engagement activities and ensure execution as per schedule.
  9. Drive Rewards and Recognition schemes at the site.
  10. Rigorously maintain and ensure all requirements for Business Process Pillar (BPS) L D Pillar activities are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent Business Partnering and Stakeholder Management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Labor Laws and MS Office.
  • Ability to manage audits and maintain harmonious ER environments.
  • Catalyst role in maintaining harmonious ER environments.
