Job Title: Workforce Planning and Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our workforce planning and operations functions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing workforce operations, forecasting, real-time monitoring, and stakeholder relationships.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing short-term and long-term forecasts based on historical data and business inputs, preparing capacity plans and staffing models aligned with expected workload volumes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective alignment of workforce strategies with business goals.
  2. Site Leadership: Provide direction and support to the on-ground team, drive performance improvements by identifying and resolving site-level workforce challenges.
  3. Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize workforce productivity, manage variances in call volumes, staffing, and productivity metrics.
  4. Real-Time Monitoring: Oversee real-time adherence and intraday performance, ensuring proactive response to operational changes and adjustments.
