Advanced Workday Integration Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in designing and implementing Workday integrations using a variety of tools, including Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services, and Workday Connectors.

  • Develop and implement advanced Workday reports, including Composite, Matrix, and custom reporting solutions.
  • Orient existing Workday integrations and reports to improve efficiency and clarity.
  • Perform data analysis and validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of Workday data.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Workday integrations and reporting.
  • Strong background in Workday modules (Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits).
  • Proficient in Workday HCM, Time Tracking, Talent, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, Security Administration, Business Process Configuration, Report Writer.
  • Hands-on experience developing and enhancing custom reports and dashboards in Workday.
  • Strong proficiency in EIB, XSLT Transformations, Workday Core Connectors Report as a Service (RaaS) integrations, Workday Studio.
