Job Title: Workday Finance Technical Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated professional with skills in Workday Financial Management. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing financial processes within Workday and a strong understanding of financial systems and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and maintain Workday Financial Management modules to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Support financial operations by ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, maintaining data integrity, and adhering to regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to gather requirements and provide Workday solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reports and dashboards within Workday, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Workday Financial Management, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Workday Financial processes and functionalities, promoting user adoption and efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

  • At least 5 years of experience with Workday Financial Management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and systems, including accounting principles, financial reporting, and data analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
