Workday Techno-Functional Consultant. Work Location : KOCHI. Position Overview : We are looking for a highly skilled Workday Techno-Functional Consultant with 6 years of experience to join our team in Kochi (onsite). If you have expertise in Workday HCM, Integrations, and Configurations, this is a great opportunity for you . Role : Workday Techno-Functional Consultant Location: Onsite/Kochi. Key Responsibilities :

  • Workday Implementation and Configuration.
  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Workday HCM modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Studio, PECI, and Core Connectors.
  • Configure and optimize Workday business processes and security settings.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Provide technical and functional support to resolve Workday-related issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  • Conduct training sessions for users to enhance their understanding and utilization of Workday solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.

Required Qualifications :

  • Any Bachelor's degree.

Experience : Experience : 6 years. Technical Skills :

  • Workday HCM Modules (Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll).
  • Workday Integrations (EIB, Studio, PECI, Core Connectors).
  • Workday Security & Reporting (Calculated Fields, Advanced Reports).
  • Workday Business Processes & Configurations.

Certifications :

  • Workday Certification is preferred.
