Our team is seeking a skilled Localization Vendor Manager to lead our vendor management strategy. This role will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and performance monitoring of vendors to ensure efficient localization project delivery.
- Develop and implement effective vendor management strategies to optimize project timelines and costs
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in localization vendor management or related background
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate and manage vendor performance effectively
- Problem-solving skills and ability to manage conflicts or crises
Vendor Recruitment and Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard vendors to support localization projects efficiently
- Research and identify potential vendors with expertise in localization services
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure service quality and reliability
Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with vendors to ensure service quality and reliability
- Monitor vendor performance metrics and ensure adherence to quality standards
Performance Monitoring and Quality Control: Track vendor performance metrics and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to align vendor deliverables with project goals
