Key Role: Process Optimization Specialist
About This Position:We are looking for an accomplished Process Optimization Specialist to spearhead our efforts in enhancing efficiency and product quality across various manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:- Process Enhancement: Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending targeted solutions to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process optimization strategies, resulting in enhanced efficiency, reduced cycle times, and improved product quality.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and track performance metrics, such as yield, scrap rate, and cycle time, to ensure alignment with established targets and drive continuous improvement.
- Quality Assurance: Implement statistical process control (SPC) techniques and other process control measures to maintain consistent quality and minimize process variation.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical expertise and support to resolve process-related issues and optimize overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Training and Development: Participate in cross-functional teams to drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures. Provide training and guidance to production teams on processes, procedures, and equipment to ensure successful implementation and operation.
