**Visionary Technology Leader Wanted**
As a top technology executive, you will be responsible for driving our organization's technological vision and execution. We are building scalable systems, generative AI, DevOps, and AIOps to solve one of healthcare's most operationally complex and high-impact challenges.
- Design and build core systems powering homecare fulfillment.
- Develop and deploy AI/GenAI pipelines for automation, decision support, and caregiver workflows.
- Own the lifecycle of large language models—fine-tuning, deployment, monitoring, and scaling in production.
- Identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven automation across workflows.
- Ensure systems meet rigorous standards from the start.
- Remain deeply technical, contributing to code, architecture, and experimentation.
**Key Requirements**
- 6+ years of software engineering experience, with strong exposure to AI/ML in production.
- Proven expertise in GenAI, LLMOps, and large-scale model deployment.
- Strong skills in Python, FastAPI, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and cloud-native infrastructure (GCP/AWS).
- Experience building end-to-end AI systems, including data pipelines, training, inference, and monitoring.
- Knowledge of data security, compliance frameworks, and scalable system design.
- Execution-first mindset: comfortable iterating quickly while building toward long-term scalability.
- Past experience as a CTO or Founding Engineer at a startup is mandatory.
